Dear Clear Lake Intermediate Parents & Guardians,

I hope that each of you are doing well. I want to provide you some detailed information. Included in this call out are some very important attachments (see bottom of this message) for your information and review.

In addition, the following expectations are in place for this week.

This week secondary students should (at a minimum):
*Read at least 30 to 45 minutes daily
*Complete lessons created by their classroom teachers - available in ItsLearning - no later than Tuesday afternoon (3/17/20)
*Teachers will finalize 3rd nine weeks grades by Tuesday at 4:00 pm. Students may send in late work due to absences by emailing teachers or posting in Itslearning (electronic images will be accepted).

I will send more updated information when I receive it. Additionally, District communication will also be sent.

What follows are a few reminders: *The third nine-weeks report cards have been finalized. Please check Skyward Family Access to see your student's report card. *If you have questions, about report cards, student laptops (pick-up scheduling), or anything else, please leave a message on the school phone at 281-284-3200. Please know that a plan for instrument pick-up will be communicated from our Fine Arts Department. Though we are not on campus at all times, messages are being checked and someone will return your call. The return call will likely come from a personal phone so the number will not be familiar to you. *Please double-check your contact information in Skyward (phone numbers and email addresses) to ensure that we have the current information. If the information is not current, please update accordingly, as this will help us communicate important information to you. Below are "Teacher online availability hours." While teachers are available for correspondence and phone calls from 8:15-4:15, these "Office Hours" are specific time allocations when your student can interact, email, or chat (through the itslearning Conference/Chat feature) in these specific content areas. In cases where additional time may be needed, please email your student's teacher and you will receive follow-up communication to work out a plan.
