What's New?

The production of Alice in Wonderland has been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 22nd at 6:30pm.  This was originally scheduled for Friday, May 10th but was postponed due to weather concerns.  The performance by the Production Class will be in the commons and will be finished in under an hour.  Thank you to all that have made this possible.  The support by parents, Ms. George, Ms. Reliford, and Ms. Roberson has made this semester end on a positive note.  We could not do it without you!  Come out to support these hard-working students for their last performance at Clear Lake Intermediate.
ear 8th grade parents: As you know, a large portion of our 8th grade class will be at Schlitterbahn on Monday, May 20th,  for our class field trip. For students who are not attending the field trip, they will attend their classes as regularly scheduled.  Attendance will be taken like a normal school day.  Unexcused absences will be recorded if an appropriate note is not turned into the front office within 3 school days  We will check attendance in the morning before we leave for all students attending the trip.  Here are some reminders for those going:  Students will need to bring a packed lunch or money to buy food in the park.  There will not be lunch provided for those attending.  In order to keep lunches, money, and other belongings safe, we recommend they also bring money to rent a locker. Students should have their swimsuits covered when they come to school. Shorts do not have to be dress code length, but no midriffs or bathing suits should be showing.  The exception is for boys who have on board shorts.  They should wear a shirt to school.  When we return in the afternoon, the same cover-ups should be worn inside the building. PLEASE have your student bring sunscreen.  It is a LONG day out there, and we don’t want them to get burned.  They should also bring a towel and waterpark appropriate shoes. Thank you for your cooperation in helping our 8th graders have a wonderful end of their year.
