Cheerleading tryouts are coming soon! If your 6th or 7th grade child is interested in being a cheerleader or mascot for Clear Lake Intermediate during the 2017-2018 school year, there will be a mandatory parent meeting February 8th. The meeting will be at 6:30 in the teaching theater of Clear Lake Intermediate. The meeting will have information about expectations and requirements, clinic, and tryouts. It is mandatory to attend the parent meeting for your child to try out. We look forward to seeing you there.
YEARBOOK: It’s not too late! There is still time to order a yearbook at the Fall sales price of $50.00 and save $5.00. After THIS FRIDAY, January 20th, the price of the book will increase to $55.00. Friday, January 20th, will also the last day to purchase 8th grade ads and shout-outs. In addition, please note that name stamping is available again this year. Personalization helps to identify your student's book in the event that it is misplaced. Please remember that a very limited number of extra books are ordered each year, and these are sold at distribution on a first come, first serve basis. When the extras are gone, they're gone. Reserve your copy TODAY at www.smart-pay.com! And, finally, the yearbook staff would love to receive photos from parents for possible inclusion in the yearbook, particularly if you have any good action photos from after-school CLIS events (games, concerts, performances, etc.). Photos can be uploaded by going to images.balfour.com and entering our school's yearbook project number (#708250) and password (eagles). Photos may also be emailed directly to Ms. Carmona at monicac@ccisd.net.
