What's New?

Friday, April 27, 2018 - After school from 4-8pm in the CLIS Commons. Students can come hang out with friends and have some fun! Admission is only $1!  Tickets will be sold April 24-27 in the Commons during all lunch periods. Admission includes Free PIZZA and water.   Candy and Sodas will be available for purchase for $1 each. There will be a DJ and inflatables!   !!!! Important !!!!!  - There will be no bus service, so please make arrangements to pick up your student from the back parking lot promptly at 8pm. No student will be released from any other area.   ADULT VOLUNTEERS WANTED - If you are interest in helping make this event a success, please consider volunteering some of your time.  Please contact Trecia Sterling, CLIS PTA Vice President, SterlingTwins@gmail.com if you are interested in volunteering.  All volunteers MUST be registered & approved volunteers with CCISD. http://www.ccisd.net/community/volunteer_information
It’s not too late!  There is still time to order a yearbook at the Spring sales price of $55.00 and save $5.00.  After Friday, May 18th, the price of the book will increase to $60.00.  Please remember that a very limited number of extra books are ordered each year, and these are sold at distribution on a first come, first serve basis.  There are no guarantees that extra books will be available, so please order NOW to avoid disappointment next month.  Reserve your copy TODAY at www.smart-pay.com! Sixth graders are required to have updated immunizations before starting the 7th grade. The Texas Department of Health requires that every child in the 7th grade receive the following immunizations.  Meningococcal(one dose on or after the age of 11) and Tdap(booster dose within the last 5 years).  Texas immunization law and CCISD require you to provide written proof of immunizations to your student's school.  Documentation must include the dates of the immunization and must be signed by a physician or health clinic.  Proper documentation is required to be given to the campus nurse no later than August 20, 2018.  Shot records may be brought in to the office, mailed to the school or faxed to  (281) 284-3207.  For any questions or concerns, please contact the school nurse at (281) 284-3213 during school hours.
